Easy Amazingly Delicious Rich Brownies

   Put the chocolate and butter in a pan, and melt over low heat.

   When it's all melted, take it off the heat and leave to cool.

   Preheat the oven to 190 C.

   Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water, and put a bowl with the egg, sugar, and vanilla essence.

   Mix with a whisk.

   Add the chocolate-butter mixture from Step 1, and mix in well.

   Add the flour, and fold it in using a spoon or spatula.

   Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined pan.

   You can mix chocolate chips or nuts etc.

    into the batter, or sprinkle them on top.

    I like to mix in half and sprinkle on the other half.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 190 C!

    Leave to cool in the pan, cut into squares, and these rich brownies are done.
