Eastern Shore Fried Chicken(Oven Fried)

   Soak chicken in cold water overnight.

   Put butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

   Place in a 425u00b0 oven until melted.

   Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in paper lunch bag.

   Shake excess water off chicken pieces and place 3 pieces at a time in paper bag and shake well.

   Put chicken in buttered baking pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes until browned on bottom.

   Turn and bake another 30 minutes or until done.
