   ["Using uncooked (store bought) tortillas, cut them out with an egg shaped cookie cutter.", "You get 3 ""eggs"" per tortilla.", "I cut smaller dots from the scraps and stuck them on with water.", "I used a rick rack design roller I have for fondant on the other.", "In a non stick frying pan melt the butter over medium heat.", "Lay one egg shape in the pan and sprinkle with grated cheese.", "Top with a second agg shape.", "When cheese has melted flip to cook the other side.", "Note: If you can't find the uncooked tortillas you can make these with the regular, precooked, kind, but you'll need to stick the dots on with a bit of raw, whisked egg for glue.", "It will cook when they are on the griddle."]
