Mix all ingredients by hand in bowl.

Spray light coat of cooking spray on foil.

Either drop teaspoon full drops on foil, or I gently take small amount in hand and roll (gently) and place on sheet.

Spray a fork with spray or you can sprinkle sugar on rounds and using fork press cookies down in criss/cross pattern.

Bake for 12-15 min depending on size of cookie.

Cookies are FRAGILE so very gently remove from sheet and let cool.
