Dutch Baby Aka Oven Pancake

   Preheat oven to 425u00b0F. Put butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet and place in the oven to melt (very important so your pan is the same temperature as the butter).

   In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, flour and salt together in a bowl.

   When butter is melted, pour into the flour mixture and whisk well.

   Add milk LAST and whisk until blended.

   Pour into the cast iron skillet and bake 15-20 minutes, or until fluffy like a popover, and lightly browned.

   Serve with powdered sugar (my favorite way) or syrup (my husband's favorite way).
