1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Streusel Topping
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup unsifted flour
1/4 cup cold butter or 1/4 cup margarine, cut up in little pieces
