In a large bowl combine your dulce de leche, Greek yogurt, agave syrup, vanilla and sea salt. Using a whisk combine everything well. Pour your mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. With just a few minutes left in the processing time, when the madness has run its course, gently add your mini chocolate chips while the machine is still running. Once it's finished processing, and everything looks dandy, put your frozen yogurt into a tightly sealed container and put it in your freezer until ready to serve.

Notes:

1. If you do not serve the frozen yogurt within the next few hours it may get pretty hard. If this happens just let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes prior to serving and all will be good.

2. This makes approximately 3 1/4 cups of yogurt base (should you have a smaller ice cream maker, simply make frozen yogurt in two batches).
