Fry the turkey bacon. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and oregano and cook it with the bacon. Remove chicken from the pan, cut it in stripes and reserve.

Add to the pan onion and garlic, cook until onions are transparent. Add 1/4 cup of water and chicken stock cube until the cube melts. Add cream cheese and stir until combined and turn the heat off.

Beat the 2 eggs. When the mixture in the pan is not so hot but still warm, with the heat off, combine eggs slowly, and dont stop stiring until fully combined. Put the mixture again in very low heat. Add pepper to taste and the chicken.

Wash twice the konjac noodles and add to the mixture. Leave it in very low heat for 5 minutes. It is ready!

For decoration use parsley, black pepper and shredded cheese.
