Drunken Sauce

   In a saucepan, add the chilies and tomatoes. Cook until the chilies have softened.

   In a blender, add the chilies, tomatoes, garlic, and salt. Puree until smooth.

   Pour the sauce into a glass jar.

   Add beer and stir.

   Add coriander and onion for a richer taste.
