Dried Beef And Green Onion Cheese Ball

   Let the cream cheese set out at room temperature until softened.

   Chop the green onion, dried beef and corned beef real fine.

   Mix the first 4 ingredients real good in a mixing bowl. Them, while you still have it in the bowl, begin adding the garlic salt or powder.

   I would add about a 1/2 teaspoon and mix in real good and taste.

   Then, continue adding a small amount of garlic salt or powder until you get the taste you like.

   Roll into a ball and let set in refrigerator overnight for best results.

   Serve with your favorite crackers.
