Ingredients: 1 large loaf white bread; 6 sticks celery; 1 medium onion; 1 stick margarine; 3 chicken bouillon cubes; 2 to 3 c. water; 2 Tbsp. sage; 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 1/2 tsp. salt

Break the bread into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces.

Put in pan and toast in oven; keep tossing around until all pieces are

dried. Melt margarine in skillet and add celery and onion (chopped fine) and pepper.

Saute until veggies are glossy and golden (15 minutes or so).

Add seasoning, water and bouillon cubes.

Let simmer 5 minutes.

Pour mixture into bread cubes and toss until all bread is moistened (mixture should not be mushy but wet enough to stick together).
