1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Cook spaghetti.

Saute beef in 1 tablespoon butter until brown.

Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion and green pepper.

In a 2-quart casserole, spread half of the spaghetti.
