Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower; 1 head lettuce; 2 medium tomatoes, chopped; 2 green onions, sliced; 1 medium avacado, diced; 1/2 packages bacon, fried and crumbled; 2 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped; 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles; 3 hard boiled egg, sliced and decorared like eyeballs; 1 can black olives, drained and sliced (use a few for center of egg eyes); 1 red food coloring; 1 ranch dressing

1 head cauliflower
1 head lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1 medium avacado, diced
1/2 packages bacon, fried and crumbled
2 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
