Boil noodles until chewy not gummy they should have some firmness but cooked throughly. Then rinse with Luke warm water then strain.

Pre heat oven to 350 and Shred all cheese in separate bowls

In a saucepan heat up the butter milk and add butter bring to a simmer the cut off the heat

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients with the egg then add that slowly to the saucepan.

Bring to a simmer then cut the heat. Add mozzarella and cheddar to mix then pour in the can milk to mixture and melt cheeses to it becomes a sauce.

Get any desired design pan and put strained noodles into the pan and pour sauce mix to noodles.

Then take the sharp cheddar and mix to the cheese sauce noodles and mix thoroughly and smooth top.

Then bake until golden to light brown with a little crust on edges for goodness
