1
Preheat oven to 400F.
-
2
Cut up the chicken into 1-1/2 inch strips.
-
3
Combine egg and milk.
-
4
Place chicken pieces in the milk and egg mixture; set aside.
-
5
On a plate (I like to use a pie dish, actually), combine flour and spices.
-
6
The amounts I listed are approximates.
-
7
Use more or less according to how much chicken youre cooking.
-
8
Youll be cooking the chicken on a rack (over a baking sheet), so get that ready because youll use it in between dips.
-
9
Take the pieces of chicken from the milk and egg mixture, the roll them around in the flour and spices mixture.
-
10
Place chicken pieces on the baking rack.
-
11
Once all pieces have been floured, get the breadcrumbs or crushed up potato chips or slightly crushed cereal.
-
12
I used garlic parmesan-flavored chips; they added another layer of flavor.
-
13
Now take the pieces of chicken and dip them into the milk and egg mixture again.
-
14
Then roll them in the bread crumbs (or potato chips or cereal).
-
15
Place chicken back onto the baking rack.
-
16
Once all pieces have been dipped and rolled again and are back on the baking rack, cook the chicken for approximately 20 minutes.
-
17
Your time will vary depending on how large your chicken pieces are.

Enjoy!
