In a medium bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, yogurt or sour cream. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and zucchini.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool complelety before slicing.
