Double Chocolate Fantasy Bars

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   In a large mixing bowl, beat cake mix, oil and egg on medium speed until crumbly.

   Add nuts.

   Reserving 1 1/2 cups of crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

   In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and cook until chips melt.

   Pour evenly over prepared crust.

   Top with reserved crumb mixture.

   Bake 25 to 30 minutes or unti bubbly.

   Cool.

    Cut into 36 bars.
