In a food processor, combine granola, 2 cups chocolate chips and brown sugar. Process for 30 seconds. Add butter and pulse 12 times. Transfer to prepared pan and firmly press into base. Bake for 10 mins. Let cool then chill for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk then pudding mix. Whisk for 1 min, or until thick. Spread over granola base and chill for 30 mins.

In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream until almost boiling. Remove from heat and add remaining chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 mins then whisk until smooth. Let cool for 5 mins then pour over white chocolate layer. Chill for 30 mins, or until set.

Remove from pan and cut into bars. Pipe a red bow using red colored frosting onto each bar.
