Dora's Jerk Pork Chops

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Slice pork loin into chops about 3/4-inch-thick.

   Coat lightly with House Seasoning and seasoning salt.

   Coat with Jerk Spice, being sure to cover all sides.

   Bake until cooked through, about 30 minutes.

   1/4 cup garlic powder

   Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

    1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed Scotch bonnet pepper

    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well-mixed.
