Done in 5 Minutes! Super Delicious Baked Crab

   Preheat the oven to 445F/230C.

   Meanwhile, cut the boiled crab into desired size.

   Lay aluminium foil on the baking tray.

   Drop a little butter or margarine over the top of the crab - a little at a time.

   Then squeeze mayonnaise over.

   If you love the mayonnaise taste, add more.

   Put into the oven for 5 minutes.

   Once the surface browns, it is ready.

   If you want a darker brown colour, use a hand-held torch.

    It is nice as it is, but dipping it into ponzu sauce is even better!
