1 teaspoon vinegar

1 pound boneless pork loin
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger root
1 onion wedges
2 med. carrots, slivered
1 green or possibly red pepper, slivered
2 c. snow peas

Drain pineapple, reserve 3 Tbsp.
