Doggy Yam Bites

   slice sweet potato lengthwise.

   brush with oil & bake at 400 for 40 minutes.

   while the potatoes are baking, combine rice & wheat flours, baking soda & salt.

   whisk egg in separate bowl.

   when the potato is soft, let cool a bit & scrape out the flesh.

   add to egg & mix will.

   combine wet & dry ingredients together.

   mix in flax seeds/meal.

   dust a board with a little wheat flour.

    roll dough to 1/4 inch for crispy treats & 1/2 inch a soft treat.

    cut into any shape.

    a medium cookie cutter will make about 2 dozen & very small cutters will make twice as many.

    bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
