   Mix crumbs, margarine or butter and sugar in small bowl.

   Press mixture on bottoms and sides of 8 paper-lined muffin-pan cups; set aside.

   Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; refrigerate until slightly thickened.

   Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using thickened gelatin and milk.

   Refrigerate until mixture mounds; spoon into prepared cups.

   Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

   Garnish with mint sprigs if desired.
