Place brisket on large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with liquid smoke and salts.

Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours.

Bake at 275u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.

Uncover and pour barbecue sauce over meat. Cook with foil open for another 1/2 hour.
