2 lb. ground pork
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. salt
2 lb. cooked white rice
3 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green onion
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. parsley
1 tsp. dried mint
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 c. white wine

Add 3 tablespoons olive oil in large pot and fry beef and pork.

Stir in onion, bell pepper, celery and parsley; mix well. Add garlic, mint and cayenne pepper; mix well.

Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and about 1 1/2 cups water and wine.

Add salt and stir well.

Let cook about 10 to 15 minutes, adding water as needed.

Add soup and mix well.

Add cooked rice, stir well to mix.

Cover and let simmer about 45 minutes.
