Transfer to oven and continue cooki until instant read thermometer inserted into center or steak registers 130u00b0F. Transfer to plate, tent with aluminum foil, and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Slice steaks 1/4 inch thick, top with salsa, and sprinkle with the green scallion and cilantro. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
