1 whole Fryer Chicken Cut Into Pieces
3 Tablespoons Butter
1 cup Water
1 whole Onion, Chopped
1 clove Garlic, Minced
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 cup Sour Cream Or Sweet Cream; I Used 35% Cream
1 Tablespoon Chopped Dill
