1 tablespoon dry mustard
6 tablespoons butter, divided
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
12 ounces mushrooms

Score steak deeply with knife on both sides; rub in mustard.

Melt 3 tablespoons butter.

Wisk melted butter with Worcestershir, salt, pepper, paprika, onion and lemon in small bowl.

Pour over steak; marinate 8 hours or overnight.
