Ingredients: 1 packages Chicken sausage ( cut into chunks); 1/2 cup onion, chopped; 1/2 cup spring onions ( chopped); 1 clove garlic( finely chopped); 2 green chillies (sliced); 1/2 cup green capsicum ( chopped); 1/2 cup tomato paste; 1/2 tsp ground black pepper; 1/2 tsp red chilli powder ( reduce amt if too spicy); 1 tsp soy sauce; 1/2 tsp sugar

1 packages Chicken sausage ( cut into chunks)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup spring onions ( chopped)
1 clove garlic( finely chopped)
2 green chillies (sliced)
1/2 cup green capsicum ( chopped)
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp red chilli powder ( reduce amt if too spicy)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and brown a lil.

Add onions and salt, saute till golden.

Add sausages and saute for 5 min.

Add other spices except soy sauce, sugar and tomato paste and cook for 2-3 min more.

Mix some water,soy sauce, sugar in tomato paste and pour in.

Cook until water evaporates and curry release oil.

Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
