Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. ground beef; 1 can green chilies, diced; 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1/2 pt. sour cream; 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped; salt and pepper to taste; 1 Tbsp. chili powder; 1 bag Doritos nacho chips; 2 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef with onion; add green chiles and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

Add chili powder, salt and pepper.

Let simmer on low for 1/2 hour.

Stir in cream of mushroom soup.

In a separate casserole dish, layer the bottom with chips and cheese.

Bake at 350u00b0 until cheese melts.
