Ingredients: 1/2 packet pie crust mix; 2 tsp. chopped nuts; 3 eggs; 1 c. sugar; 1/2 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. butter, melted; 1/2 c. dark corn syrup; 1/2 c. whipping cream; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1/4 c. brandy or light flavoring; 1 c. pecan halves

Heat oven to 375u00b0.

Prepare pastry for 9-inch one-crust pie except stir in chopped nuts before adding water.

In small mixer bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, syrup and cream.

Stir in vanilla, brandy or flavoring and pecans.

Pour into pastry lined pie pan.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden brown.

Cool.
