1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. tomato catsup
3/4 c. old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Mold into rounded flat loaf; place in greased and floured 9-inch glass pie plate.

Spread 2 tablespoons catsup over top.

Cover with plastic wrap, leaving 1 1/2-inch vent.

Cook on High power (10) for 15 minutes, turning half turn after 10 minutes.

When done, remove from microwave and let set 10 minutes before serving.
