Grate the garlic.

Slice the ginger thinly.

Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker.

Add the chicken drumettes into the pressure cooker straight from the packets!

Cover the pressure cooker and turn on the heat.

Once pressurized lower the heat and leave for 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.

Adjust the time according to your pressure cooker at home.

After the pressure is released add the boiled eggs.

Make sure the eggs are fully submerged in the cooking liquid otherwise the eggs are going to be coloured strangely!
