Delicious Potato Salad

   Boil potatoes until done.

   Also boil eggs until they are hard-boiled.

   Allow potatoes and eggs to cool.

   In saucepan, combine the flour, sugar, 1 egg, water, vinegar, mustard and salt. Cook until thick.

   Remove from burner and add margarine.

   Allow to cool.

   Peel and dice both potatoes and eggs.

   Chop onion.

   Mix together the potatoes, onion, relish and cooked dressing.

    Allow to chill overnight.
