Delicious Meatloaf – a delicious recipe with onion, celery, green pepper, oil, Salt, bread crumbs. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Heat oven to 350 degrees Chop onion, celery and green pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet.

Add vegetables.

Season with some salt and pepper.

Stir occasionally and fry for a few minutes till the onions in the pan begin to turn translucent.

Transfer the fried vegetables to a large bowl, along with the breadcrumbs, horseradish, catsup, onion soup mix, dried onions and tarragon.

Mix with a fork.

In a small bowl beat the 2 eggs with the fork.

Add the beaten eggs to the breadcrumb mixture.

Combine well.

Add the ground beef and using hands mix everything very well.

Transfer meat mixture to a foil lined roasting pan or baking dish.

Shape into a loaf.

Place in oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes total).
