Delicious Grilled Steak Bites

   For this recipe, I used 4 thick ( 3/4 inch thick) 8 ounce tender steaks (like KC Strip or NY Strip).

   Cut steaks into 1 inch cubes.

   Combine all of the remaining ingredients.

   This will be your marinade.

   Combine steak with marinade ingredients in a zip top bag and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours.

   Remove steak from marinade and place either in a grill basket or on skewers.

   Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning once during cooking (or stirring once if cooking in a grill basket).

   Serve with rice or hearty sides like beans, baked potatoes, corn, etc.
