Delicious Easy Potato Casserole Recipe

   Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

   Let stand till potatoes are thawed and mix can be stirred.

   Turn into a greased 9 by 13 pan.

   Sprinkle minced parsley over top also sprinkle with paprika for color.

   Bake uncovered for about 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees.

   Topping 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1/2 c. crushed potato chips or possibly corn flakes.

   Bake 15 min more till melted, may use more cheese and chips, if you like.
