Delicious Caramelized Bacon

   Set oven to 350 degrees.

   Place the brown sugar in a shallow pan.

   Add strips of bacon and turn to coat completely in the brown sugar.

   Transfer bacon to a broiler rack that fits over a baking sheet.

   Bake the bacon until dark golden brown (turning once, about 7-8 minutes a side).
