Delicious Beef Stew

   Heat up the oil.

   Add the beef to cook and seal the juices in.

   Let cook in its own juices until most of the liquid evaporates.

   Add the onions. Fold together. let cook for five to ten minutes.

   Add the spices and the seasoning.

   Add about a cup of water.

   Cook on high heat until it boils, then lower the heat and simmer for at least 40 minutes or longer until the beef is tender.

   You may add more water gradually and let simmer for a longer period of time if the meat is not done to your liking.

   Serve with any kind of starch such as bread, mashed potatoes, rice or pasta. Green salad on the side to balance out the nutrition.
