2 tsp lemon juice
3 cup All purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup softened butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 275.

Mash bananas in a small bowl add lemon juice and set aside

Sift together flour, salt and baking soda in medium sized bowl set aside

In large bowl cream butter and sugars until completely combined

Add eggs 1 at a time beating well each time, stir in vanilla

Alternately add flour mixtire and buttermilk when combined stir in banana mixture.

Pour batter into 13x9 greased pan bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean
