Fill a large pot with cold water,bring to a boil and stir in penne.Cook pasta at a boil,stirring occasionally until penne are cooked through but still slightly firm,about 11 minutes.Drain.

Meanwhile,melt butter in a large saucepan.Add sliced ham,pastrami and turkey,saute 5 minutes or until tender.Stir in pepperoni and processed american cheese;cook,stirring constantly,2 minutes or until cheese is melts.

Stir in sour cream,whipped cream cheese,honey mustard,seasoned pepper and hot cooked pasta until blended.

Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish;sprinkle with shredded colby-monterey jack cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
