Make sure candy bars are very well chilled!!

Heat vegetable oil in your frying pan to 385F.

Meanwhile, combine egg, milk, and vegetable oil in a cup.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix well with a whisk.

Cover the batter and chill for a few minutes, while oil is still heating.

Roll candy bar into plain flour, then into batter and place in oil holding halfway in for the first few seconds, so candy bar doesnt seal itself to bottom of fryer, then put it in the rest of the way. Cook only till outside coating is golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Allow to cool for 1 minute. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut in half. Serve and Enjoy!!
