Deep Fried Bacon Wrapped Tator Tots

   To prepare:

   Jalapenos: cut in half and take seeds out, then slice them lengthwise (thinly).

   Place in a bowl.

   Bacon: take each strip and cut the bacon into pieces that will wrap around tator-tots.

   Tator-tots: pour into a bowl for easy access!

   Now the assembly begins.

   Take a tator-tot, then a slice of jalapeno and very carefully wrap the bacon around both of them and secure with toothpick!

   Continue on with each tator-tot.

   After assembled, heat oil in a deep fryer and deep fry the little darlings till they are crispy but yet not burnt!

    Hint: Invite your friends over early and pour them a glass of wine (or beer in my case) and ask them to join in on the fun!
