1 cup Bisquick
¼ cup cold water
½ cup sour cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise or ⅓ cup salad dressing
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (2oz)
1 medium tomatoes, chopped (3/4 cup)
4 12 ounces old el paso chopped green chilies

In 8-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
