Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, cooked in salted water until tender; 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in small pieces; 1 onion, cut up in small pieces; 1/2 large bell pepper, cut up in small pieces; 2 stalks celery, cut up in small pieces; 1/2 stick margarine; 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies; 2 cans cream of chicken mushroom soup; 1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up; 1 tsp. garlic salt

Servings: persons

1 whole chicken, cooked in salted water until tender
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in small pieces
1 onion, cut up in small pieces
1/2 large bell pepper, cut up in small pieces
2 stalks celery, cut up in small pieces
1/2 stick margarine
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
2 cans cream of chicken mushroom soup
1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 tsp. garlic salt

Reserve stock.

Debone chicken and cut in bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti in reserved stock; drain to just below top of spaghetti.

Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in margarine until tender.

Add cheese to hot spaghetti; stir until melted.

Add all other ingredients together and season with garlic salt.

Stir together well.

Bake in oblong dish or pan at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
