For crust, combine 1 cup Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Evenly press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 12 minutes or until golden; cool.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and remaining 3 teaspoons vanilla in mixing bowl with electric mixer until blended. Slowly add heavy cream and continue beating on medium-high speed 2 minutes or until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.

Microwave remaining 1/4 cup Peanut Butter in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 15 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cream cheese mixture. Chill 2 hours or until set. To serve, cut into squares.
