1/2 cups Butter, Softened
8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
5 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
5 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
1- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
2- 1/2 Tablespoons Milk (any Kind)
2- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
