Beat the cream cheese & margarine together in a large bowl with an electric beater on medium (2 mins).

Add the sugars, vanilla, almond extract, eggs, & ice-cream topping & beat for another 3 minutes.

Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt together in another bowl.

Then slowly beat into the margarine mixture until evenly mixed.

Stir in the chips then spoon heaping spoonfuls of dough onto the cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the edges are set.

Cool on a wire rack for 3 minutes then remove from the cookie sheets.
