Combine Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.

Beat at medium speed (electric mixer) until creamy.

Combine flour mixture into creamed mixture. Blend well and by hand stir in the chocolate chips, mini M&M's and sunflower seeds (which are mixed together before dropping in the mixture).

Drop round teaspoons of dough 3-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.

Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes before placing in cookie jar.
