   Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

   Prepare the nuts and dates.

   Set aside.

   In a bowl, beat the margarine, softened in the microwave, with sugar.

   Add water and eggs, and beat until creamy.

   Add the flour and the baking powder, and beat some more.

   Mix in the walnuts and dates, distribute evenly in the dough, which will be heavy.

   It is a heavy dough.

   Grease a baking tray with margarine, and sprinkle with flour.

    Pour dough in the baking tray.

    Bake for about 30 minutes.

    Check the cooking with a toothpick, taking care not to let it get too dry.

    Remove from oven, and cut into small squares or rectangles.
